Swatches and Images not showing

    Hi!
    I have come across problems, hope you can help me.

    1. Some images and swatches not showing on wpml translated pages.
    The images are not showing on “featured categories” section (home page).

    2. Product color swatches are not showing on translated product pages, but are showing on original (English) pages.

    3. Swatches are not showing in product grid although I have set them to.

    Hello,

    1. You need to translate the attributes and enable swatches in the translation.

    2. Enter each variable translated product and add images to variations.

    Hi,

    Thank you, everything is fixed now but the 3rd problem.
    I set to show the color in shop grid (in theme settings AND product settings) but nothing is showing.

    Hello,

    Take a variable product and view in English and Latvian.

    You will see that the English product has the variations and the Latvian does not.

    Make both products the same

    Hi,

    Yes, those were the first 2 problems that are fixed now.

    I’m talking about the 3rd – swatches are not showing in the SHOP GRID (in “new in” section etc.) under product name. And that is a problem for both languages so I don’t think wpml is at fault.

    Hello,

    Make sure you have enabled the showing of the swatches in the grid. Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Attribute swatches > chose from the dropdown.

    Hi,

    As shown in attachments in #117059, I have done that, but they still won’t show.
    Would you mind using the credentials in the #116976 and checking out what the issue might be?

    Hello,

    You have set the color attribute to be shown in the Theme Settings: http://prntscr.com/n83epx

    Now, you need to enable the swatches in the Attributes > your attribute > Configure item > enter each item and enable http://prntscr.com/n83f5d and http://prntscr.com/n83fc9

    Then switch to the parent theme and disable all the plugins not related to the theme (I cannot do it without a prior confirmed permit)
