swatches like images from variations

Hello,
Can you help me set up swatches to be images from variations, I don’t understand where to set up image. I’ve wached instructions on your site but I don’t understand.

You can create a variable product and assign the attribute terms and use image swatches. Navigate to Product > Attribute > edit the terms of the attribute and upload Image Swatch.

You can choose one swatch type. Try to disable the color swatch and use only image swatch.
