Switch from Elementor to Gutenberg

When I imported the theme and activated, I selected Elementor as my editing preference, however I am realizing that the Gutenberg editor will actually allow some better functionality and would like to switch. I attempted to edit the theme settings – “other”, however when I click edit on a page, I get only the basic WP editor or can opt to edit in Elementor. How can I get the Gutenberg editor as the default?

I read that article and followed the steps. I still cannot access the Gutenberg editor. I get the option for the WP basic editor and Elementor only.

I had provided a link to a video (in the private content) to show what happens…I am providing that again….

Is it best if I just reinstall the theme?
