Tabs/ Elementor / Menu duplicate

Hi
WHen i use tabs for product display ( using theme settings/ Product/Tabs)

I have a bug in display

The menu appears twice. One tie before the tabs…and another time on the left

I tried to descativate plugins but it wont change anything

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.1.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.36. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide:

If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then could you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site, remaining the Theme required ones activated. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. If this doesn’t work for you then once also, try to activate the Parent Theme on your Site if you are using Child Theme on your Site.

If somehow the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the Private Content field along with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

There was an issue with your global custom tabs In it, you have done something to the content that has caused it to explode. We have done the setting and it is working fine.

Hi,

You have enabled 3 Global custom tabs from the theme setting and in the additional tabs you have mixed up with each other. Because of this it was happening.

I have deactivated:

ELEMENTOR PRO
ESSENTIAL ADDONS FOR ELEMENTOR
ESSENTIAL ADDONS FOR ELEMENTOR PRO

And the tabs on the single product page are working fine. Please contact the plugin support. They can guide better with this.

SOrry but no. I still have the double menu on desktop ( on mobile it is working fine)
The 3 plugins are desactivated. I checked on two different browsers and i emptied cache

Currently, you were doing this ELEMENTOR PRO template for a single product page which caused it to issue.

If you want to create a custom layout for a single product page, this feature is already available in theme settings.

I have to use elementor pro cause your theme does not provide the opportunity to use ACF fields

WIthout elemntor pro, i cannot customize every Post category for instance
