Tabs never appearing on website

Hello,
I’m a bit confused as to why I can’t seem to get tabs to appear on any product I make. I’ve got tabs enabled but none of the single product settings seem to make the tabs appear.
I also can’t seem to make the reviews ever show in a tab even though I’ve got it set to tabs, it just doesn’t seem to matter.
What am I missing?

I just decided to reload an entire different template, I dont think the one I was using was compatible with tabs.

I think you were using the single product layout from the custom Layouts >> Single Product:

When you are using the custom layouts then the theme settings will not apply on the single product pages.
