Tarteaucitron.js (Cookie Law Info GRPD) don't work since last update (2.5.1)

(sorry for my bad english)
I have install the tarteaucitron.js for add a valid cookie law info for GRPD)

(This script is used and recommended by CNIL – GRPD French institution).

But since the last theme update that don’t work.

This script is for add a cookies law infos box (on top or bottom of the page) for visitor accept or not the cookies (and/or choose cookies than he want accept – very important for GRPD).
But since the last theme update the cookies law info have disappeared ! (i have choose to put the cookie info on the bottom of the page)
I have made my try with private tab to be sure that not work.
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not? Send us a screenshot how this popup looks there.
