Telephone Required on checkout form

Hi, the “telephone” required field on checkout form doesn’t work. If I set it like “required” it stay on “optional”.
I also ask you if there is a way to insert the product image on the order email.

This is Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence. Try to find a plugin managing checkout fields.
