Page builder provides video element/widget and video is responsive. Video on the background is not responsive by its nature and hidden on mobile. Please clarify.

Your site is not reachable now I cannot view and get the problem.

The Category on the left is the Product category widget. You can find it in the Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area. You can remove or change the view, however, it is not editable. This widget shows all the exciting categories with the option to hide empty ones.

As for the brands, you can delete this attribute.

We suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
