Template installed differently from template shown in “prebuilt websites” |

Hi all, I just purchased the theme and I activated the “Minimalism” one. Although after installing the theme is not shown as at the store.

Firstly, the header is not displayed at all, even after I try to edit it to add my logo seems like nothing happens.
Also, if you check my URL the “Featured product” section is not shown the same way and finally it seems like the front page repetitive it self (i.e. the slider for example is shown 3 times in the front page).

What might be causing that?

I would like to request confirmation regarding the permission to disable third-party plugins and reinstall the template. Once we have completed our testing, we will enable all settings back to their original state.

After reimporting the template and disabling all unnecessary plugins, the website started to work well.
