I am currently troubleshooting a plugin issue with WooCommerce support. In their reply, they mentioned the following:
The intermittent nature of this will make it very difficult to troubleshoot. I do see several outdated template overrides listed in your system status report. Getting those up to date is likely a good first step. See: Template structure & Overriding templates via a theme. The theme author can provide updates to those template override files.
