TEMPLATE VERY VERY LOW

Good morning. Your template is really very slow. Our hosting is very powerful but the site is really slow. I’ve also installed several paid plug-ins like WPROCKET but it’s still slow. What does this problem depend on?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Reupload your screenshots in a size smaller than 512KB? Or upload it to some cloud service like Dropbox or Google Drive.

1. We see that your admin area is slow as well and our theme doesn’t influence it. Could you please check how it works with default WordPress theme? Send us some comparison screenshots.

2. Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings for desktop devices only

.woodmart-product-categories {
	display: none;
}

Anyway, you will have to test everything with or without all plugins installed as well as with the child theme to understand which part causes this performance problem.

I do not use the child theme, how can I use it? If I had to remove the plg-in, which ones should I remove?

You can download the child theme from ThemeForest in our theme’s package and install it via Appearance -> Themes.

The only problem may occur when you switch between themes in Appearance -> Themes is that widgets may lose their positions. It is a WordPress behavior and we are not able to fix this in our theme scope. Now, you need to go to Appearance -> Widgets and move all widgets to appropriate positions.
As a workaround, you can backup your widgets configurations using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/
