Terms & Condition Text Change

I want to change the the default terms and condition checkbox text in checkout page and want to link pages in the text which will open new tabs to show the content. It is very urgent issue

Your question is not clear enough. If you want just rewrite the working on the screen, you can translate all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. If you want to assign page with your Terms and Conditions, navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > and choose the page for terms and conditions http://prntscr.com/jlwgjx
