But I don’t want to translate it, just to change it to “Show Filters”.

Yes, you can do that using the Loco Translate plugin as well.

You don’t have to translate the entire theme, you can simply replace that specific string with your preferred text. For example, change “Show Sidebar” to “Filters”.
