Text in box moves

Hello.

I have a page where 3 boxes are displayed with an image on the left and text on the right.

As i scroll the page all of them are fine except 1 and i have tried all sorts to correct it!

When you scroll past the third box the text moves with the page scroll and moves out the box.

I tried duplicating from the other 2 working ones and it still wont work.

Its on the about page as per the details above, the homepage is fine. As requested a screenshot attached. I hope you can see the issue im experiencing.
