“Thank you” page not filled with data

    Hello
    Hope you can help.
    We do not get the “Thank you” page working. It shows always an almost empty page (not filled).
    We tried to set a page within the elementor site woocommerce settings, or without.
    It is not filled with information.
    What do we wrong?

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme like Woocommerce Storefront to determine whether the issue is with our theme.

    I turned off almost all 3 th party plugins, except:

    – Woocommerce
    – Elementor and Elementor Pro

    Still not working…

    Hello,

    Most likely the Elementor Pro causes this. Confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme, after testing I will enable all back.

    It works well when these plugins: https://prnt.sc/ADnQgg6jATFq – are deactivated – https://prnt.sc/NNd-GlKGygXP

    So you need to disable the overriding of the Thank you page in the settings of some of these plugins.

    Thanks for your testing and feedback.

    The plugin “The Plus Addons for Elementor – Pro” causes this error.
    If it is active, no information will be filled on the “Thank you” page .

    We will check with the plugin provider.
