thank you page template after order blank

i am writing to you because the thank you page are not working right now after choosing the product and check the payement method i am redirected to thank you page but it’s blank without information.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

i have done all the steps mentionned but nothing changed. So i think the problem does’nt come from any puglin.

Please set “ON” for the “Default “Thank you page” content in the Themes Settings > Shop page > Thank you page.
