Thanks you page does not appear

Hi,

The store is using guess checkout only.
The store sell digitals downloadable items and it is set to be downloadable when paid.
I did a test with a free product and with a paid product but cod.

Ounce the client complete the order it return the website but not the thanks you page
What is the name of the thanks you page, that will also display the download the file?

I may have disable the page that should be displayed
What is the page name or page ID?

I do not want that user create an account so it is guess checkout only
I do not want to display the My account page.

Sorry but the Thank you/order received page is generated by woocommerce you cannot edit it.

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the Products checkout process is controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.
