1. The part with the footer can’t be solved, it’s something from the responsive and it can’t be set from the theme seting-footer I attached two screenshots in pdf.
2. The sidebar also sets the size but is cut for the product number, I also attached a screenshot showing the situation.

Please find and remove this custom in the Theme Settings > Custom CSS:

.min-footer {
    background: #fff;
}

In order to disable the popup up, disable it in the Theme Settings > Shop > Promo popup.

The cropping is the global option if you enable/disable it is applied to all the product images in the grid.

The only way is to process images and upload them with equal height and width.

I followed the link you sent about the size of the product images.
I didn’t succeed in anything, the image is still cropped.

Hello,

You will have to upload images of the same size and height, it is not possible to fix the size with CSS. The cropping option helps when image sized differ not considerably.

Pleas uplod images for product main image: width: 800px; height: 1200px;

Set main image width 1200 and width for gird: 600 as per this instruction: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/image-size-content-alignment-product-grid/
