First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family :)
If you want that navbar which you pointed out in your provided screenshot. You need to enable the “Sticky navbar” from Theme Settings >> General >> MOBILE BOTTOM NAVBAR >> Enable Sticky navbar.
