Please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

Please describe the steps to reproduce the problem or page URL where header disappears.

Hello, indeed I forgot to specify that the problem is in visitor mode (not connected in admin).

No header on different page.

Also I have a second problem that I cannot solve and which is present all the time, on the product archives see my photo

Increase the height or use the “Product title lines limit” option in the Theme Settings > Product Archive > Product style.
