The menu is frozen on mobile browser

I have a big problem with my website on mobile.
The main menu is frozen, covering the screen and not responding when you click on the buttons.

Please advice.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

I deactivated all the plugins, the problem still there.
I activated them again, because the problem didn’t resolve.

What do you mean by the parent theme?
I didn’t understand this point.
And the test should be from the phone.
The testing on mobile view on WordPress is showing it correctly.
You will get this error only when you use your phone.

I’m using Redux plugin, because WooCommerce PDF Invoices need it.
Will it affect Basel theme?

Please try to find Woocommerce PDF invoice plugin without Redux.

Earlier Redux was included in the plugins package of the theme, but we excluded the recent versions and now it may be harmful.

I updated the plugin and now it’s no need Redux plugin.
But it still needs “Framework for weLaunch Plugins (this is a fork of Redux Plugin)”
Is that plugin will effect one the theme also?
