Please disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I did all that, but the menu is still delayed. I noticed that it opens only after the homepage is fully loaded, so it seems like the JavaScript code for the mobile menu is the last to load on the page. I’m not sure why.

Using CSV, you can export all the products then add the attributes and re-import them using the guide below: https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/

As for the “Note” area, unfortunately, we do not have an option in Theme Settings to enable such an area.
