The Relevanssi plugin is not working

We installed the Relevanssi plugin and configured it, enabled it in the theme setings> Shop> Use Relevanssi for AJAX search
but the search doesn’t work at all and find whatever the search term is

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

We deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and Relevanssi and the search just stopped working
when we deactivated Relevanssi the search started to work again, but of course without the features of Relevanssi

Please remove that so that site could work properly and provide FTP access so that our dev team could check the search.
