the single product image size

I tried to change the single product image size in the theme settings and in the customizer but none of them worked.. the image size on the single product page isn’t changing.. https://www.dermavea.com/product/gentle-deep-pore-cleanser/

BTW the same theme but the single product image is changing in the new website but it is not changing in the old website same theme same settings… but in the old website the settings are not working for the image size
In the old website https://www.dermavea.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=xts_theme_settings&tab=product_images when I make any changes in the settings, it’s not working or not affecting the live website. It’s the same theme, but it’s not working properly on the old website like it does on the new one. A lot of settings in the theme settings are not working or not affecting the website.

On the old website, you are using a custom layout for a single product page when Custom Layouts enabled for product pages, which is why your made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect on that.
Navigate to Layouts > Layout to edit Single product layouts and configure the layout elements.

No I checked I am not using custom layout for single products page.. I am using default template for single product page… I used custom layout only for few products not all of them… most of the products ( default template ) just few using custom layout…
so when I made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect…
Could you please help me reduce the image size on the single product pages? the settings aren’t taking effect

The product in the screenshot you sent, “Intensive Hyaluronic Serum”, is actually using a custom layout (“Single Product Layout”) that is applied to all products. That’s why the changes you made under Theme Settings for the default template are not reflecting on this product.

please see both screenshots.. there is no option to change the image size in single product page .. the container width and height settings are breaking the entire layout. they don’t just affect the product image … they impact the whole page

I see your screenshot. The issue happens because you have two containers side by side: one for the gallery and one for the product title/description. Currently, both are set to 50% width.
When you reduce one container to 30%, the other is still 50%, which squeezes the layout and causes the page to look broken.
To fix this, you should increase the first container to 70% so it fills the available space properly, and the layout will display correctly.

None of these suggestions have fixed the main issue. Could you please tell me how to reduce the image size? I’ve tried everything you mentioned, but nothing worked. I just need to reduce the product image size on single product pages …. please help!

Your issue has been resolved. Check back your site after completely clearing the cache and check the issue.

Please edit your Single Product Layout, then open the container where the product gallery is placed. From there, you can adjust the container width by increasing or decreasing it according to the size you prefer.
