The speed of sending an email to my customer is super slow

Hi there,
I would like to know how to speed up the email sending process to my customer, the email like new registration, new order, forgot password, etc are all super slow, it takes 2 hours or longer to receive.

I don’t think it’s a problem with my server, as I use this server to send in/out emails every day.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
