    I received the below email:

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, switch to the parent theme temporarily.

    Thanks for the quick revert,

    I have requested the developer to disable the plugin, however, I can see in recovery mode that the theme is not visible. You can go ahead disable the plugin you think can cause the issue and enable the core theme.

    As we can see, all plugins and child theme is still enabled. Please, disable them manually by renaming all folder like themes/woodmart-child-1. By doing this, all plugins and child theme can be deactivated.

    So you mean, i should rename all themes and plugin from Filemanager or FTP? BUt doing this will the plugin setting get affected.

    Also if i disable the plugin from admin will that work?

    We can access admin via recovery mode, can you check if that works and you can using that to fix the theme issue ot downgrade the theme version.

    The access are already shared on earlier message.

    Recovery mode doesn’t work for us. At least, rename the child theme folder and test how it works.

    It means that the theme is still not renamed to woodmart-1/.

    We would need help to update the theme to the latest version. Because the last time we updated the theme, the website crashed.

    We have rolled bqck to an older version of 21st November.

    Hi,

    We have disable optimizer plugin to our knowledge and activated parent theme woodmart from woodmart child.

    Can you please now update the theme, also please let us know if this could fix the future update problems?

    Please, send us your FTP access. It looks like the latest version conflicts with some of the installed plugins and now the error appears. We will do our best to resolve the conflict asap.

    Please, activate all plugins needed for your theme one by one and let us know which one breaks the website. We will check what is wrong.
    Currently, your website works well but all 3rd party plugins are turned off.

    Yes, there is a bug in our theme. Please, edit the file woodmart/inc/integrations/elementor/elements/class-mailchimp.php and add the line as shown on the screenshot https://prnt.sc/26csce0
