Theme API call Failed

when ever i try to set up woocommerce the following thing is shown in the last stage.
theme api call failed.

Thanks you are going to help me install your theme. I am going to share the admin access in private area. I also face difficulties that some times the theme saying critical error on website and I cant publish the theme also.
