Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It seems that the issue is with the image you are using as an icon.
Please try recreating the Element and use an image of the exact size of the clear cache and check back.
Regards.

LioriParticipantHello
there is no problem with the image. when I use Hello theme there is no problem. the problem happens also with a standat Elementor icon.
please see that the element gets strange CSS values.
I tried to remove the section and recreate it and it’s the same problem.
your theme for some resone gives valuse to the element. I tried to solve it with CSS but the theme changes it not matter what I do.Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
Because our Theme doesn’t influence default Elementor Widgets.
Regards.

I having repeated bugs from your theme.

I’m so discontinued from you and very angry!!
please connect to my website and solve this today!June 28, 2021 at 11:39 am #303064
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We have checked your website and found a few problems:
1. You had an unclosed
<b>
tag for one of the elements that broke other elements’ markup. https://gyazo.com/d1b90642d0bcc2da75b6559e5fba87c92. And you disabled Elementor JS scripts and by doing this, you broke all the animations functionality. That is why most of the rows with animations were hidden https://gyazo.com/f4e98682aac624996442c5e8669b91af
3. The icon can be aligned and resized now https://gyazo.com/68202867e8c91a1013604ff47491f667
Kind Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterOur theme never makes any changes in Elementor itself. All the changes we fixed in our previous reply were made intentionally by somebody, not by the theme.
We have checked both pages and the social icons are displayed correctly https://gyazo.com/f079a9602f421e3815e0c64649f14409

LioriParticipantthank you for your response.
this is what strange. it can work well and then it does not.
you can see it now on the contact page:on the home page and other pages, it works well.
the thing is on the about page (https://zoares.shop/about/) it didn’t work well yesterday and now it does. something is affecting the Elementor footer and I think it is the theme.thank you very much for your help

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
To fix this problem, you need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add height and width attributes to your
<svg>
tag like it is shown on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/83fd36b0bb9628bb1aed2bd3d5d063c5
Then you will need to reupload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.Regards
