Theme clashing with plugin

Ok, we updated absolutely everything, including libraries.
Thumbnails are looking good but we lost ‘customise’ button, will have to again remove that part of the code you told us earlier to remove from libraries for the plugin ‘customize’ button to appear again.
Do we erase same part of the code or something changed?
Yes, you need to erase the same part of code. As we can see now everything works ok? Or you have some other problems?
