Hello,

What I mean is that please test the checkout page using a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Six, or the WooCommerce Storefront theme. This will help us determine whether the issue is related to our theme or not.

Based on the current behavior, I believe the issue may not be caused by our theme and could instead be related to WooCommerce settings, a third-party plugin, or a custom code/customization on the website.

Testing the checkout page with a default theme will help us isolate the cause and confirm whether the issue is theme-related.

Not working, those who paid my atome now has all their orders cancelled but payment went thru in the gateway. The woocommerce will change their status as cancelled.

And most of them stuck at the loading for the payment as shown previously.
