Theme Elements is not working

Hi.
After updating “WPBakery Page Builder” to the latest version, almost all of the Theme Elements has disappeared. Worst of all,the elements which have been already placed in the web site is not shown and the layout is broken.
Please help!

Please restore your site from the backup, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and try to update the builder once again. Then activate the plugins one by one.
