Theme Filters – Order By Option not Showing

Hello. I have 2 websites, and they are duplicates of each other. I added filters to both of them, in the exact same way, however, one of the websites doesn’t show the “Order-by” filter option, even though it is added on the backend, as you can see in the attachments.
I would like to display the “order by” on both of them. Any idea what could help?
