theme functions.php and Set product image not working

theme functions.php not effective and Set product image not working when click on it nothing happen …. i test the default theme Twenty Nineteen and the WoodMArt Core Theme with all plugins on…and works great all …also tried to deactivate 3rd party plugin the same ….the problem with Chaild theme … i dont know why
