Theme got broken & Stylesheet was missing

Hi,
Yesterday I got an email that the website failed to index. Now I tried to open the website, But it’s saying that the Stylesheet was missing. Checked from the admin panel appearance section and it said that the theme got broken.
Attached the screenshots.
Pls check and rectify the issue and pls tell me why it happened.

Please make the full backup of your site and re-upload the theme in the Dashboard > Appearance > Themes.

If you need any further help in this issue let us know. We can try to re-upload the theme.
