Theme installation failed.

when i upload the zip file
and wait couple of minute
and installing process is running
finally i face a problem and get a msg : Theme installation failed.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
If the issue remains, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP

If you need help, then provide admin panel login and ftp details i will update the theme on your site.

there is no WoodMart in my Dashboard

I have installed the on your site. Now please navigate to the Woodmart >> Theme License >> and activate the theme on the site and then import the demo on your site from Woodamrt >> Prebuild Websites.
