Theme is broken

I uploaded Basel theme through ftp, installed recommended plugins, and sign up Woocommerce but theme looks broken. Please see screenshot for reference.

Also, I can’t find “Dummy Content” on the left sidebar menu.

Lastly, I tried to add demo content through Appearance/Base Import/Import Base Data … but nothing happened.

Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide your site admin access.

Hi,

This theme was installed in a fresh WordPress account/hosting plan. We didn’t add any plugins at this account other than Basel recomended plugins and the plugins 1&1 hosting install natively.

You can delete whatever you want on this website. There’s nothing there really.

You can see credentials in private content below.

Demo content we’re looking for is the main demo as in here: https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/

The issue has been fixed. I have reinstalled the theme. Now everything is ok. Enable your plugins one by one to and check the site.
