Theme loading very slow and not updating logo

Hello,
I have an issue with the theme that I am not able to update my logo with high resolution.
Secondly, my theme pictures are taking a lot of time to show pics while before the theme selection, I had a look at the demo theme and it was very fast and responded quickly.
Please solve this issue I shall be very thankful to you.

1. Try to use the logo in the SVG format for a better resolution.
