theme options hasn't been saved

theme options hasn’t been saved, when i make any change and refresh a page, everything reback as before editing.

for example my header in pages is defferent in product page, i want to make it like other pagers, when i change it from theme options it has been not saved when i refresh page

Then clear cache and check back.
