Theme Setting (Menu) is Broken

I just download Theme from Themeforest and found this menu is broken.

If activate all plugins is needed. You should sort correct sequences of this step-by-step in the document.

Right now it’s tell to install demo content before activate plugins. Please check it.

You post step of IMPORT DEMO CONTENT after UPLOAD FTP (THEME)
Do you think this is correct?

I think difference, should fix this for other people.

My suggestion is

1. Install THEME (Also upload FTP)
2. Install Plugins
3. Activate Plugins
4. Import DEMO Content
