    Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

Clear cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

The PHP Max Input Var value is too small on your site: https://prnt.sc/t6wi93

Please ask your hosting providers to set the php_max_input_vars to 5000 or above.

    Best Regards.

I give up. This is a critical error on my site. I can not take advantage of the theme. Can I give you FTP access? I did as you said. Only theme settings flew, translations flew.
Please help me solve the problem.

    Hello,

I have visited your website and the php max input vars value is still the same as before.

It seems that your server is restricting you to change the value on your site.

    Video for Clarification: https://jmp.sh/dcv8jIW

Please ask your hosting providers to increase the value and make sure that the value is increased on your website.

    Then check back.

    Best Regards.
