Theme settings does not function

Hello, I have purchased and downloaded the Woodmart theme yesterday and wanted to start working, the issue I have is that nothing works, when trying to play with the theme settings, nothing is clickable.
the installation is on a local host so I can not grant access to the admin panel, what could it be?

Update: I have tried to deactivate all plugins beside Woodmart core and Woocommerce, but still, nothing works

We need to be able to see your website live to understand what is wrong with the Theme Settings in your Dashboard. That is why you need to upload your website to a server so we could check and help you. Otherwise, we can’t access your website and see what is wrong.
