Theme settings is not working

I can not change anything of theme settings panel. Such as General Layout, Page title, Footer & Typography ete.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

I have customized the theme. But the problem is only in theme settings. Admin access is given below (Private content section).
Do you mean that you customized theme files? In this case, you need to remove all the customizations first and restore default theme files.
I have removed all customization files of the theme. Kindly check now.
