Hello,

theme is really good and easy to use, but I have a few technical questions:

1. The counter on “sale” products is great, but due to the design (especially on phones), is it possible to remove the seconds? And is it possible to reduce the dimensions of the counter itself?
2. Is WMPL part of the theme or does it need to be purchased?
3. How to set the “more about” button for product categories as in your example ()
4. Please give me the exact dimensions of the pictures for:
– Product in the gallery (single product)
– Product in category (category product grid). Also, on my site you will see that when changing the images on the home page, even though they are the same size, their disproportion occurs.
– Slider on the homepage. You will see that when it is opened on the mobile version, the dimensions are distorted.
5. When I create a custom label for a product, can it also be limited in time, as is the case for “new”?
6. How to add arrows to the product category, see on the website, here is a picture of where they should be. ()
7. Can Freq Bought Together be included in the short descirption for the product, to be selected if desired and to appear there but with much smaller dimensions (in one line)?
8. When products are displayed as a category grid or list, why is it written below them only in which category it is, can tags or something custom be written there ()

01. Please try to use the below custom CSS code and paste it to Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> CSS for mobile section:

03. You need to edit page with page builder which you are using and use the button widget to achieve this:

05. Custom label is based on your attribute, when you remove the attribute from the product it will not show.

06. You need to Use the categories widget in the page builder (Elementor or WP bakery) and in the layout tab select the layout carousel.

07. Try to show a short description of the hover effect of grid products. You can set “Show summary on hover” in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product Styles.

Then show “Additional information” in the Hover content in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product Styles.

Then enable “excerpt” in the Theme Settings > Single product > Elements.

08. Sorry there are no options in theme settings available for that.it requires customization and beyond our support policy.

09. Navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit current header > Switch to mobile header > Add the text and HTML in the mobile header.

10. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Add the default filter by price widget in the shop page widget area.

4. So, for product image and featured image I understood, but I am not sure about slider. How to there to be fixed like for product? It is fixed for PC (but if I add more text it will be bigger in height), but for mobile it is not fixed too.

07. Sorry there is no option in theme settings to show a short description for FBT products.
08. Navigate to theme settings > product archive > products styles > in the elements section configure the elements for product grid.

09. It is not showing due to the less width of the mobile. You need to set elements in one row or try to add elements in the top bar, main header and header bottom.

1. Try to create a separate menu for mobile without an icon.

2. This sorting dropdown is a part of WooCommerce. Navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Default product sorting.

1. I created another menu with download icon, but on burger menu I cant select that new menu for primary, only as secondary menu.

2. I think you didnt understand me, I want order option in shop where I an select “best sellers” or “on sale products”. I think it is possible since you have that options in data source: img. I want order option (probably it will generate link like for “popularity” – https://website.com/?orderby=popularity

I cant see, now when I change to ENG version, I am lose all my side widgets on shop page and get products in that area. On order list, still same options: img

There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know soso I will check and give you a possible solution.

Note: Keep activating the WPML plugins.
