    Hello, good afternoon!
    My support period for the WoodMart theme is valid until August 2, 2018.
    The best way to renew the support period is through the ThemeForest website?

    We are in Brazil and I decided to just ask to make sure there is no other more economical way to renew the service.

    Hello,

    You can renew it via ThemeForest only. There are no other ways to do it, unfortunately.
