THEME TRANSLATION ISSUE

Good afternoon,

I installed the theme and change the language of the admin panel to HEBREW but the whole website is still in English.
I found this video tutorial for using loco as the plugin to translate the strings, but it does not make sense I will translate the whole website.
there is another solution to apply the Hebrew language?

You have to translate the theme as per your requirements using the loco translate plugin.

Sorry but there is no other way you need to translate the website on your own.
