    Some pages do not open when I update the theme. I made a backup but I want to update the theme without any problems. Can you help me?

    My Woodmart Theme Version 5.2.0. When upgrade Version 5.3.6 my website is not working. Screen images are attachted.

    Now the old version is installed. I got a backup via the Updraft plugin. You can intervene as you wish. Update and see issues. Notify me of problematic plugins. Login Information at the bottom. Thank You.

    Please, disable all external plugins first. Update our theme to the latest version and make sure that all theme-related plugins are also updated via Appearance -> Install plugins.

    Yes, page are broken in the middle because of some PHP or server error. We tried to enable WP_DEBUG but the error is not displayed on the frontend. And we can’t find any error logs on your server either.

    Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to enable errors display or provide the access to the error log file.

    My hosting provider say “They can view errors via error_log file in public_html”

    There was also an error on this page. The theme does not work properly.

    It looks like it doesn’t work well with WEBP images. We will review this in our future updates and try our best to fix this.
