Theme Update

Easy question: I want to update my Woodmart Theme and Child Theme.

How best to do update the theme?

Please, Please navigate to Appearance > Themes > Woodmart > enter the theme details and press update. You theme license should be activated to get the option

Thank you! I did all this but now the site styling is not working. I rolled back to an old version and still i have large spaces from the header and content. It seems to be an issue with the scrolling.

I have been battling with it all day. I hope you can help.
