    Hi.

    I am using child theme but when I want to update my main theme it gives this error and I dont see my activated domain in xtemos panel. Please help me.

    Hello,

    Please navigate to Woodmart -> Theme license, press “Deactivate theme” and then activate the theme again. After that try to update the theme again.

    Hi.

    I deactive-reactive again but gives same error again.

    By the way in my xtemos account activated domains starting with dot. Is this a problem?

    Strange, but it still doesn’t work. It may be a problem with your server. In this situation, you can update the theme manually as described in our documentation https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/
