Theme update and Theme settings – Global custom CSS issues

    Hi There

    We were using WoodMart Theme 7.2.4 and asked by the support staff updating the theme to 7.3+ packages along with the respective woodmart core plugin to test. Most of the issues were sorted in the older version of WoodMart theme.

    Unfortunately, after update the Theme settings – Global custom CSS the classes are different. For instance, “.wd-hover-standard .wd-add-btn .add-to-cart-loop span” changed to “.product.wd-hover-standard .wd-add-btn .add-to-cart-loop span”. There are more classes has been changed.

    My question with every theme update are we expecting changes as explained above?

    Hi Luke,

    Thank you for your response. Honestly, the things are not forwarding how we are expecting to happen. Someone have changed the Woocommerce Storefront theme without seeking permission from us. At least, we would expect someone let us know if they are switching to the parent/default theme and disable third-party plugins. Once the support staffs complets their testing, they would give us back to the website to its original state. I am still waiting for an hour and half but not sure what is happening. Could you please look into and restore it the way it was working in the morning.

    Hi Luke,

    As per the host log, someone activated WooCommerce storefront for testing, the theme was activated by using woodmartadmin. The IP address is outside of our organisation. Except your support staff and myself noone has WP admin to the website. That’s the biggest reason, I was not willing to share WP admin and FTP access.

    I will first restore the website as someone changed my weeks customisation without seeking permissions from us. The Global CSS – custom CSS file was not loading properly. The issue is still there, I hope once the website is restore you may need to look into it.

    Seems the Global custom CSS is not loading properly.

    1. Blog archive titles are not loading properly so do the read more buttons.
    2. All CTA’s
    3. PayPal button in the mini cart widget is disappeared if you update anything.
    4. Checkout page order review autoloading takes longer than expected.

    Hi Luke,

    After theme update seems shop filter is not loading properly both in Desktop and Mobile devices.
