Theme update does not work

    We started with theme version 5.3 and we never upgraded it.
    We found out somebody (one of my employé) used a theme bought from a scam company
    So we fired that guy and bought a license to fix it
    But upgrading does not work, So not sure what to do now?

    You need to activate the license in order to update the theme automatically. Please before doing anything MAKE THE FULL BACKUP OF YOUR SITE https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If you have any difficulties, please contact us with the site credentials. Please put all access and confidential information into the Private content block.
